Enrich Phone Numbers
Provide Apollo Person IDs to trigger asynchronous phone number enrichment via Apollo.io.

What this tool does
Given a list of Apollo Person IDs, this tool triggers Apollo's async phone enrichment:
- The API sends all IDs to Apollo's bulk phone enrichment queue in one request.
- Apollo processes the request and calls your configured webhook URL with the phone numbers.
- The webhook automatically saves each phone number to the CRM.
The API returns immediately with a queued status — phone numbers arrive at the webhook within seconds to a few minutes.
Where to get Apollo Person IDs
- Run Enrich From Existing Profile and click ⬇ Export Apollo IDs — paste the file contents here.
- Any previous enrichment response includes an
apollo_person_idfield per contact.

Paste IDs one per line, or comma / semicolon separated. Duplicates are removed automatically.

Requirements
- APOLLO_API_KEY — required
- APOLLO_WEBHOOK_URL — must be set to a publicly reachable URL pointing at
/webhooks/apollo-phoneson your backend (e.g. your Render URL)
Important
- Phone numbers are delivered asynchronously — this tool only queues the request. Check the CRM or webhook logs for delivered numbers.
- Apollo credits are consumed per phone lookup.

Enrich from LinkedIn and Enrich Contacts endpoints.
