Enrich From Existing Profile
Upload an Excel file with contact details and LinkedIn URLs to detect employment changes and enrich each contact via Apollo.
ℹ How it works
What this tool does
For each contact in your Excel file, the agent:
- Fetches the person's live LinkedIn profile via RapidAPI to check their current employer.
- No employment change detected — enriches the contact at the original company via Apollo (email, phone, title, location).
- Employment change detected — enriches the person at their new company, then searches Apollo for a replacement contact with a similar role at the original company.
All enriched contacts are saved to the CRM automatically.
Required Excel columns

Requirements
- APOLLO_API_KEY — required for contact enrichment
- RAPID_API_KEY — required for LinkedIn profile fetching
- If RapidAPI is unavailable, the agent falls back to Apollo-only enrichment
Tips
- Export Apollo IDs from results and paste them directly into the Enrich Phones tool to get phone numbers.
- Large batches may take several minutes — do not close the tab while processing.
