Enrich Contact from LinkedIn URL

ℹ How it works

What this tool does

For each LinkedIn URL in your file, the agent:

Fetches the person's live LinkedIn profile via RapidAPI to extract their name, current company, and job title.
Enriches the contact via Apollo.io using the LinkedIn URL as the primary match signal (email, phone, location).
Falls back to name + company search when URL match returns nothing.

All enriched contacts are saved to the CRM automatically.

Required Excel column

Column	Description
`linkedin_url`	Full LinkedIn profile URL, e.g. `linkedin.com/in/johndoe`

Column name is matched case-insensitively. Download the template for the exact format.

Response fields explained

Field	Meaning
`work_email`	Verified or unverified work email from Apollo
`phone`	Direct phone number from Apollo
`apollo_person_id`	Apollo's unique ID — use for phone enrichment
`confidence_score`	85 = has email · 70 = no email · 50 = not found
`employment_status`	Current / Unverified

Requirements

APOLLO_API_KEY — required for contact enrichment
RAPID_API_KEY — required for LinkedIn profile fetching

Tips

Use this tool when you only have a LinkedIn URL and no other contact details.
Export Apollo IDs from results to use with the Enrich Phones tool.
Large batches may take several minutes — do not close the tab while processing.
